General terms and conditions

Project acceptance

Slobodan Manic (The Developer) will, at the time of proposal, provide the client with a written estimate or quotation. No work on the project can begin before both parties have agreed on the estimate. Starting date of the project, as well as all other key dates are to be agreed upon by both parties.

The Developer reserves the right not to accept work on a project without explanation, but is obligated to notify The Client.

Payments

All invoices must be payed within 30 days after they have been sent to The Client. Payment method is to be agreed upon between The Developer and The Client.

Content

The Client is responsible for providing all the content for the website. The Developer will not be responsible for any possible delays caused by The Client not providing content in timely manner. The Client has to guarantee that any content (videos, images, text, audio etc.) provided by him/her is either his/her property or he/she has the permission to use it.

Copyright

After the final payment has been completed, The Client becomes owner of all the graphics and content of the website. The Developer remains the owner of all the code used in the website and licenses The Client to use it on particular project only. The Developer deserves the right to re-use the code in other websites.

The Developer reserves the right to display the website in his portfolio, or showcase it in online galleries.

Other

All other, project-specific details will be specified in the contract. That may include, but is not limited to, project scope, project schedule, full cost and payment schedules.
